Rochester Manor & Villa is locally owned by the Kopsack family licensed nursing home and nursing home administrators with more than 25 years of experience in long-term care. The Comfort of Competence
Unique as a personal care facility, Rochester Manor & Villa is linked by a call system to a licensed nursing staff. When necessary, care can be provided by familiar staff in a familiar environment with the availability of Medicare-approved physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Our newly renovated facility, complete with private and semiprivate rooms, has been decorated in warm and cheerful colors with kitchen, laundry, and private bathrooms.
The Comfort of Accommodations & Features
Rochester Manor & Villa offers a variety of accommodations, all with a lovely, homelike atmosphere. You may choose a fully furnished room or use your own furnishings for a personal touch. All units have a private bathroom and shower, and the bathroom is equipped with a call system for safety in an emergency. All bedrooms are wired for telephone and cable television. Although three delicious meals are provided daily in our dining rooms, resident kitchens are available for use at any time. Housekeeping and linen services are provided on a weekly basis, and personal laundry facilities are available for the residents' use.

To ensure the safety of our residents, Rochester Manor & Villa provides 24-hour security and fire-safe construction, including smoke and fire alarms, as well as automatic sprinkler systems. In the lounge areas, residents can relax, watch television, or join in games and conversation. With a full range of recreational activities, residents can make choices as to social events, get-togethers, shopping tours, companionship, and personal involvement.
